We have a great full-time opportunity for a dual role of Sales Manager and Finance and Insurance Manager to join our growing and fast-paced automobile dealership. We offer competitive pay and benefits.

Schedule:  Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturdays 8:30 a.m. to 2 p. m.

                   With one day off during the week.

Wage:  Salary plus Commissions.

Responsibilities: 

  • Direct the vehicle sales activities for the dealership.
  • Hires, trains, motivates, counsels and monitors the sales executives. 
  • Demonstrate a professional behavior; treat all customers in an enthusiastic, courteous, and helpful manner always striving for customer satisfaction.
  • Complete all paperwork in a timely manner.
  • Deliver new and used vehicles to customers, ensuring customers understand any paperwork and warranties.
  • Sell financing, service contracts and any other aftermarket products available.
  • Prepare and check for accuracy all paperwork involved in Cash or Financed deals.

The following knowledge, skills and abilities are needed to be successful in this position: 

  • Must be able to pass the State Sales License Test and become a licensed Sales Executive in the State of Wisconsin
  • Must receive Certification from General Motors as a Sales Manager and F&I professional.
  • Know and understand the federal, state, and local laws which govern retail auto sales.
  • Must have a valid Driver License and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record.
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills.
  • Must have good math and data entry skills.
  • Strong desire to succeed.
  • Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
  • Team oriented.
  • Have a positive attitude.
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail oriented
  • Willing to train the right motivated individual!!!
